Linguine Alla Frutti Di Mare


  • 1 lb. Vince & Joe's Gourmet Markets fresh linguine
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch green onion, sliced thin, white part an green part separated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 pkg. Wholly Seafood Mix
  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 to 2 lbs. of additional fresh seafood mussels, clams, calamari, etc.
  • Handful fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Handful fresh basil, finely chopped sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste


  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  2. In the meantime, heat a large pan with the olive oil, over medium heat.
  3. Add in shallot, white part of the green onion, garlic and tomatoes and cook, stirring often, for about five minutes.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Fold in the fresh, raw seafood mix and continue to cook for a further 5-6 mins, or until the seafood is cooked through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the Wholly seafood mix and wine and line simmer for three minutes.
  8. When the water boils, drop the pasta in and cook al dente, about 2-3 mins if using fresh pasta.
  9. Transfer the pasta into the pot with the seafood sauce and stir all ingredients together.
  10. Sprinkle with freshly chopped basil and parsley on top, and drizzle with a little bit of extra olive oil if you like.
  11. Serve immediately, family-style directly from the pot.
