16 ounces ground turkey
¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder Directions
Place turkey, panko, Worcestershire, Italian seasoning, onion powder and salt in a medium bowl; mix gently until just combined. (Do not overmix.)
Roll the mixture into 12 meatballs (about 2 heaping tablespoons each).
Pre-Heat oven to 350 In a parchment lined sheet pan, add the meatballs and place in oven, cook until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center registers 165°F, about 15 minutes.
Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl or a freezer bag.
Add 1 pound of chicken or pork and marinate at least 1 hour or up to 6 hours.
Grill, bake, or broil as desired.
Use as a salad dressing or to make roasted vegetables more flavorable.
