Alfredo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds raw chicken wings (or use Vince and Joe’s Gourmet Markets Prepared Bone in or Boneless Chicken Wings)
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 1 T salt
  • 1 t ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 pint Vince and Joe’s Gourmet Emma’s Hope Alfredo Sauce
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 2 T freshly chopped Italian parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 370°F.
  2. Toss the wings in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic. Place wings on a cookie sheet and place in the oven. Cook wings until they are fully cooked and golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
  3. While the wings are in the oven, heat alfredo sauce in a saucepan.
  4. When the wings are cooked, toss the wings in a bowl with the alfredo sauce, the parsley, and half the parmesan.
  5. Place wings on a serving platter and top with the remaining parmesan.
