Turkey Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey breast
- 8 oz mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon low-sodium tamari
- 1/2 tablespoon taco seasoning, lower sodium or a blend of cumin, paprika, chili,
- onion and garlic powder, dried oregano, black pepper
- 1/2 cup minced onion (fresh)
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup fresh salsa or pico de gallo
- 4 ea. Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce “taco shells” leaves
Directions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, add turkey, mushrooms, tamari, taco seasoning, minced onion.
- Add olive oil to pan and spread to coat pan.
- Add turkey meat mixture to pan and cook until cooked through.
