Easy Prime Rib Dinner
- 8 lbs. - Bone In or Boneless Prime Rib
- 3 Tbs. - Fresh Thyme (Chopped)
- 3 Tbs. - Fresh Garlic (Minced)
- Kosher Salt to Taste
- White Pepper to Taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to Taste
- Clean and tie roast (your butcher can do this for you).
- Coat roast with olive oil.
- Rub in salt, pepper, garlic, and fresh thyme.
- Bake in a 325 degree oven for1 hour and 25 minutes or until the internal temperature is 125 degrees for medium rare.
