Easy Prime Rib Dinner

Prime Rib

Serves: 4


  • 8 lbs. - Bone In or Boneless Prime Rib
  • 3 Tbs. - Fresh Thyme (Chopped)
  • 3 Tbs. - Fresh Garlic (Minced)
  • Kosher Salt to Taste
  • White Pepper to Taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to Taste


  1. Clean and tie roast (your butcher can do this for you).
  2. Coat roast with olive oil.
  3. Rub in salt, pepper, garlic, and fresh thyme.
  4. Bake in a 325 degree oven for1 hour and 25 minutes or until the internal temperature is 125 degrees for medium rare.
