Ginger Miso Brussels Sprouts Slaw
Serves: 6
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 3 tsp. finely grated ginger
- 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
- 2 Tbsp. white miso paste
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp. white sesame seeds
- 2 bunches kale, shredded
- 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts, shaved
- 1 ea. sweet potato, diced small and roasted
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients int a jar or other closable container with 2 Tbsp. of hot water.
- Mix until smooth.
- Toss with Brussels sprouts, kale and sweet potato.
