Mediterranean Layer Dip

Ingredients
- 16 ounces hummus
- 3 large roasted red peppers
- 1 large English cucumber , peeled and chopped
- 1 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 4 ounces of tabbouleh
Directions
- In a serving dish spread a layer of half 12 oz hummus.
- In a food processor, blend remain hummus and roasted red peppers until smooth.
- Spread this layer on the hummus.
- Top cucumbers, olives. Add Tabbouleh.
- Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and keep refrigerated for up to 2 days.
- Can be served with vegetables.
