Alfredo Sauce

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. pureed onion
  • 2 oz. pureed garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy whipping cream

Directions

  1. Heat butter in a deep frying pan on medium heat.
  2. Once melted add onion and garlic to sauté.
  3. Add heavy whipping cream and raise heat - let come to a boil.
  4. Once boiling add parmesan. Stir with whisk while the sauce thickens. Add more parmesan for a thicker sauce.
  5. Add salt and white pepper to taste.
  6. Serve with 1 pound of pasta.
