Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 oz. pureed onion
- 2 oz. pureed garlic
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 1 1/2 cups Heavy whipping cream
Directions
- Heat butter in a deep frying pan on medium heat.
- Once melted add onion and garlic to sauté.
- Add heavy whipping cream and raise heat - let come to a boil.
- Once boiling add parmesan. Stir with whisk while the sauce thickens. Add more parmesan for a thicker sauce.
- Add salt and white pepper to taste.
- Serve with 1 pound of pasta.
