- 5 each Chip Steak
- 2 cup Seasoned Vince & Joe’s Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Vince & Joe’s Ammoglio Sauce
- Turn your grill on high to warm up or you may broil in oven.
- Dip each piece of chip steak in the olive oil then in the seasoned bread crumbs.
- Once the grill has warmed up clean well with olive oil and turn down to med-high heat.
- Place steak on grill for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Once done, top with Vince & Joe’s Ammoglio and enjoy!
